First, check your bank account to ensure the money wasn't deducted. If it was deducted, Raise the complain online with your transaction ID. If the payment wasn't deducted, you can simply retry the payment using a different payment method.
Receipts are automatically sent to your registered email within seconds of successful payment. You can also download them anytime from your account under 'Transaction History'. Receipts are valid for all official purposes.
