If the payment receipt is not generated or an error page appears:
If the fee amount was debited but an error occurred,
the payment will be posted within 1–2 Hours after bank confirmation.
If attempting payment again:
Ensure the previous amount was not deducted.
If deducted, do not retry. Please wait 1–2 hours.
If the debited amount is not updated, it will be automatically refunded to the same bank account within 1 working day.
